The ACHS Agriculture Department is pleased to announce that two students have received awards for their participation in the annual Piedmont Soil and Water Conservation District poster contest. Senior Horticulture student, Taylor Phillips, earned third place in the print poster division and Senior Greenhouse Management student, Chelsey Poe, earned top honors in the digital poster division. The theme this year is "May the Forest Be With You Always" and there were over 600 posters submitted for judging! Both students displayed a true understanding of the importance of forests.
